We completed a 4 week session at the Barron School. Week 1 talked about what to do if you meet bullies, week 2 was on discipline, week 3 was on Respect and week 4 character development focusing on Patience. Great kids and great fun. Loved it!

It was 10 years ago that our director was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony was in New York and was a night to remember.
This month we are learning the importance of focus. Some tips are swapping caffeine for exercise. Have you thought of karate for exercise? No other exercise works cardio and toning the whole body quite like martial arts. So as you get in better shape you are also improving your confidence in handling aggressive, intimidating or dangerous people.
Exciting night at the National Karate Institute as students were promoted into and up the Black Belt Ranks. They are exceptionally disciplined, focused and goal oriented.
